ASSE 5110 Backflow Tester: Recertification

Please note: Recent Clarification to Michigan Law, states that in order to test and submit reports in the state of Michigan, you must be a registered apprentice -working under the direct supervision of a Master/Journey Plumber, a Journeyman Plumber or a Master Plumber.

* Recertification is for those already 5110 Certified and wish to renew.

* If your ASSE 5110 certification has been expired for more than 6 months, you must attend the 40 hour certification course to continue testing.
